Terms and Conditions
These prices are for the whole house guttering, including conservatory/ porch/ garage. Single gutters (front or back) are charged at the minimum rate of £45. Clear access is required from ground level to reach as much guttering as we can. We do not use ladders as standard for health and safety.
*outside tap may be required. If none available, we can supply water for an additional charge.
** these prices are when booked with a gutter vacuum clearance. If booked as a standalone service, a £45 minimum charge applies.
++Roof gullies are not included in the clearance, an inspection of your property will be conducted with you before work is started to ensure we are in agreement of the areas included++
++Gutters with fitted guards, grids, hedgehogs (any form of brush in the gutter) or spikes are not suitable for this type of clearance.++
